Do I need to be staying at a Villa Experience villa?
No. Our villa guests come first, but anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay can request a service.
When do I pay?
Only after we confirm. We check availability with our local team, reply with a confirmed price, and send a secure Villa Experience payment link. No card is charged on this site.
Who provides the services on the ground?
Services are locally fulfilled by MexiTravels, our Puerto Vallarta partner, where stated. Villa Experience stays your point of contact from request to departure.
